The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and, where the details concern a company, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We store enquiries until the matter is concluded and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.

If you click one of our adverts, Google sets a cookie. If you then submit a price request, Google recognises this connection and reports to us that an enquiry has been made. In the process we receive no information that would allow us to identify you personally, only aggregated evaluations.
